Revered around the globe as an institution on what is trendy and fashionable, TimeOut Lisboa magazine is now facing steep competition from various online sources. Our challenge was to showcase the city of Lisbon as well as TimeOut in a unique way to visitors and locals alike.
During the hot 2016 summer we created Lisbon's Tinder profile and embarked on a quest to help people fall in love with Lisbon.
Hundreds of simple conversations were started, every one ending with a smile and some awsome tips on where to go have fun in Lisbon.
More than 30 matches/day;
Hundreds of requests everyday
(most of them looking for the best gin bar around the city);
99.9% of people happy with the experience (one lady really didn’t like it... but swiped right Lisbon anyway);
Daily visits @ TimeOut website reached an all-time high;
Hundreds of promises of visits;
Even more promises of returning visits next year for more culture, fun, sun and adventure.
